Governance
The Advisory Board of Global Diwan, which reports to the Executive Chairman, assists and advises on the priorities, major orientations and current or planned actions of Global Diwan.
On the proposal of the Executive Chairman, the Advisory Board co-opts new members, taking into account the cultural and geographical diversity covered by Global Diwan.
Global Diwan, a registered trademark in France and in the European Union, is the property of Advocaxio Euro MENA, a Belgian company with a European vocation.
The Executive Director guarantees the independence of the Global Diwan and its funding from the different States.
Global Diwan ensures its regular functioning through the contributions of its members and the support of its sponsors. These funds are regularly published on the Global Diwan website and appear on all documents handed out during events organized by Global Diwan or co-organized with it.
The Executive Director convenes a business committee composed of all Global Diwan’s supporters and sponsors for advice.
